Q: How do I create an account?

A: Simply go to our login page and create a user name and password.


Q: If I choose the option of using the site’s text and image information, can I still make edits to the content?

A: Yes. All the content fields are open to you for any adjustments you feel necessary, whether you key in your own information or use ours.


Q: Can I use my own images?

A: Yes. If you're creating a customizable product you will have the option to upload your own images.


Q: If I choose a QR code option, what website will it take me to when I scan it with my smart phone?

A: The QR codes are linked to our garden library at www.mygardeninsider.com to provide additional information.


Q: Do I have to order in minimum quantities?

A: No. One of the great benefits in using MasterTag On Demand is that it gives you the flexibility of ordering as little as one product at a time.


Q: What payment options do I have?

A: With MasterTag On Demand all you need is a credit card.


Q: Can I go back and edit a product after I've already customized it and added to my shopping cart?

A: Yes, once a product is saved in your shopping cart you can choose the Edit option to go back into the customization step.

Q: Will I be notified of my order status?

A: Yes. You will receive an e-mail noticiation confirming your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: All orders leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days.
